Recently, close to 70 LeChase employees gathered in Rochester for a training session led by Executive Superintendents Dan Kramell and Tony Rorick. The session focused on how superintendents set the tone of a project when it comes to safety and quality.
Focus areas of the training included:
- Safety
- Quality
- Daily reporting
- Use of the company intranet
- Industry challenges and how to manage them
The attendees took turns sharing how they perform daily tasks with the group, as well as their efficiency and time management strategies. This approach allowed everyone to see how others manage activities on their projects.
