ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 3, 2015 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Patricia Niedermaier as human resources specialist for its Rochester office.
In her new role, Niedermaier will assist with staffing goals and company polices, maintain employee relations and provide support for various HR employee programs within the organization.
She earned an A.A.S. degree from Bryant & Stratton College’s Human Resources Specialist Program and resides in Ontario, N.Y., with her daughters Elizabeth (13) and Hailey (10).
