LeChase hires Mark Pencek as project manager

BINGHAMTON, N.Y., June 15, 2015 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Pencek as project manager for its Binghamton office.

In his new role, Pencek will assume management of multiple large-scale construction initiatives from preconstruction to completion, along with leading and mentoring crossfunctional teams. He will also be responsible for developing strong client relationships while ensuring the profitability, safety and quality of all work performed.

Pencek’s construction industry experience spans 20 years. Prior to joining the LeChase team, he worked in various roles, including general contractor, construction manager, design-builder and special subcontractor—delivering projects in the manufacturing, industrial, health care, transportation, financial and higher-education markets.

Pencek attended the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, where he studied business management. He also holds several industry certifications, including OSHA (10-and 30-hour trainings) and Fork Lift & Heavy Machinery Operation. He is a former member
of the Construction Specifications Institute and the Family Enrichment Network’s fundraising board.

A lifelong Endwell resident, Pencek remains an active part of the community.
