LeChase was on hand July 12 to help The Strong National Museum of Play celebrate the groundbreaking for a new parking garage – the first step in the museum’s planned expansion.

LeChase is CM-at-Risk for the 331,200-SF garage, as well a 100,000-SF museum expansion that will follow. When completed in the fall of 2019, the garage will provide space for more than 1,000 cars – significantly increasing parking capacity.

The museum expansion will start next summer, with completion scheduled for summer 2020.  Covering three stories and a basement level, the addition will increase exhibit space by more than 50%, and also provide an open lobby, storage for collections and space for offices, a gift shop, café and restrooms.
