On June 21, LeChase helped celebrate the opening of the YO1 Wellness Center in Monticello, N.Y.  LeChase was CM-at-Risk for construction of the high-end resort which will offer guests a variety of programs related to health, nutrition and wellness.  Fittingly, the YO1 Center was built on land where Kutsher’s Country Club – the last of a different era of Catskills resorts – once stood.

Below are photos from the opening, which was held on International Yoga Day. The group photo includes LeChase representatives at the event. Standing left-to-right: Luke Stoddard, Adam DiZenzo, Tom O’Gara, Fred Thompson, Steve Bills, Abhay Jain (owner’s representative), Kirk Armstrong, David Vaughn, Angela DiZenzo, Kari Wilmot (Schuler-Haas), Don Keenan, Fred Dumond and Bill Goodrich. Seated: Adam Green.
