A group of LeChase employees recently completed the 2025 Field Excellence Program in collaboration with FMI.
Over the course of six sessions, 24 participants – superintendents and project managers from across the company – completed activities focused on leadership, communication, pre-job planning, project management and relationship building.
The program concluded with a two-day city build session. Participants collaborated to build an entire city, with guidance by a city council of LeChase senior leaders. The group was able to develop and build on important skills that they will use in their positions moving forward.
