ALBANY, N.Y., January 6, 2016—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Neil Schiavi to vice president, leading the company’s Albany office.
As vice president, Schiavi will focus on further enhancing internal organizational processes and client service capabilities while managing personnel and day-to-day business fundamentals—including accounting, estimating, production, sales and safety for the NY Capital Region.
“Neil has been very successful in the on-going stability and growth of our Albany office and related pursuits,” says LeChase President, William L. Mack. “I am excited for the future accomplishments under Neil’s leadership.”
Schiavi joined LeChase in 2011 and has consistently contributed to the success of the firm’s Albany office with his knowledge, expertise, hands-on management style and demonstrated leadership qualities. Before joining LeChase, he spent two decades as partner/principal and vice president of operations at A.R. Mack Construction.
He earned his B.S. degree in Construction Management from Syracuse University. He resides in Niskayuna, N.Y. with his wife Kristen and daughters Annabella and Catherine.
