LeChase Construction appoints four new project executives

ROCHESTER, N.Y., September 8, 2015—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Morgan and the promotions of Michael Pipher, Sean Hoban and Kevin Hoffman—all named project executives for the firm’s Rochester and Binghamton offices.

In their new roles, Morgan, Pipher, Hoffman and Hoban will lead preconstruction efforts and oversee multiple project teams in the construction of large-scale commercial, corporate, residential, educational, industrial, historic, hospital and healthcare, and city and state-funded initiatives. They will also focus on client relationship management and operations and growth for LeChase’s Western New York region.

Morgan brings more than 15 years of construction industry experience to the LeChase team, having managed a multitude of large-scale projects in the hospital, healthcare and senior housing markets. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at LeCesse Construction Services as a project executive. Morgan graduated from SUNY Maritime College with a B.Eng. degree and has earned several industry certifications, including Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED©) professional accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council and OSHA (30-hour training). He is also an American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) member.

Pipher joined LeChase in 2010 as a project manager. He is a career construction professional with 33 years of vast industry experience, successfully managing a large roster of complex initiatives from the construction stage to project completion. Pipher graduated from Broome Community College with an A.A.S. degree in Civil Engineering and has served on the Hillcrest Community Association Committee for 15 years. He resides in Hillcrest, N.Y., with his wife Tammy; the couple has four children.

Hoban brings more than 22 years of wide-ranging construction industry experience to his new role, successfully managing scores of large-scale projects requiring fast-track implementation. He joined LeChase in 1996 as a project engineer and was promoted to  project manager in 1998 and senior project manager in 2008. Hoban graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and from SUNY Morrisville with an A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Hoffman joined the LeChase team in 2011 as a senior project manager. He brings more than 15 years of diverse industry experience to his new position—possessing knowledge and expertise in all phases of the construction process, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, coordinating and field supervision. Hoffman graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and has earned several industry certifications, including LEED© professional accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council and Health Care Construction (HCC) from ASHE. He resides in Fairport with his wife Abigail and their two children.
