The third annual Building Leaders program, conducted in partnership with Dale Carnegie of Rochester, consisted of eight sessions that began on September 14 and concluded with a graduation event on November 30.
For the first time at LeChase, sessions were split into a hybrid model with four in-person classes and four virtual classes. The in-person classes took place in the Rochester office, and online classes were conducted through Zoom. The program’s topics focused on leadership and professional skill-building.
Those who participated in the program were nominated by unit leaders and came from 13 functional and operation groups across New York and Maryland. At graduation, participants shared their key learnings with staff, regional leaders, and alumni from the 2018 & 2019 programs. Each participant was recognized and awarded a certificate of achievement by their respective unit leader.
