LeChase celebrates ribbon cutting for Gioia Hall LeChase NY Capital Region and Siena College recently unveiled the renovation and expansion of the former McGuire Hall, at the school’s Loudonville campus. The newly designed facility, now known as Patricia Gioia Hall, will serve as a Welcome Center for thousands of prospective Saints and will house the school’s admissions office. The project included nearly 10,000 SF of renovations and two separate wood-framed additions that totaled 6,800-SF.

Siena College used a competitive bid process to select LeChase to lead the construction of the project, which was developed with the support of Paul Gioia, who dedicated the center in memory of his beloved wife, Patricia. After approximately 12 months, construction was completed in time to welcome the students back to campus for the Fall 2022 semester. On September 22, to help mark the college’s 85th anniversary, LeChase representatives attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony to unveil the new facility.
