LeChase celebrates namesake patio at RIT Lobozzo Alumni House

The new patio at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Lobozzo Alumni House has a familiar name: LeChase.

The LeChase Construction Alumni Patio is part of the Joseph M. Lobozzo Alumni House that opened on the school’s Henrietta campus earlier this year. LeChase built the patio, and also made a monetary donation to RIT’s Alumni Association to name the 3,500-SF space to honor past, current and future LeChase employees who are also graduates of the university.

On November 19, LeChase executives and many of the nearly 40 RIT alumni who currently work at LeChase attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for the patio – even making s’mores at a large fire pit that is part of the outdoor gathering space.

Over the past 20+ years, the company has worked on more than 50 projects at RIT, and is now collaborating with LaBella Associates on the school’s future Cyber Security building.

Below are some photos from the November 19 event.  In the center photo (left-to-right) LeChase Project Manager Rene Giannavola,  RIT President Dr. David Munson, Jr., LeChase CEO and Managing Partner Bill Goodrich and LeChase Executive Vice President Kyle Sayers officially open the patio.
