LeChase recently joined in celebrating the start of the Spa Little Theater project at a groundbreaking ceremony. LeChase Senior Vice President Jim Scheirer and Director of Field Operations Eric Coburn, Sr. attended the event alongside members of the project team.
The project will revitalize the historic theater in Saratoga Springs, upgrading accessibility, patron amenities and performance spaces, while restoring many of the building’s historic elements. LeChase’s NY Capital Region team is serving as construction manager on the project.
