Duke Steam Plant project achieves major milestone with a successful steam blow

Last week the team working on the Duke University Steam Plant project achieved a major milestone with a successful steam blow. A steam blow is a quality control measure done to ensure lines have no leaks and are flushed prior to energizing the new system for use. The new steam plant will add eight boilers to the University’s network – helping supply hot water for campus buildings. Congratulations to our partners at Duke and AEI and to all of our subcontractor partners on reaching this successful milestone!
