Departure of tower crane marks project milestone at the Sands-Constellation Center for Critical Care at RRH

Construction on the 7-story, 312,000 SF center began in the Spring of 2017 with a ceremonial groundbreaking in May.  The new building will feature 23 multi-disciplinary operating rooms, 108 private acuity-adaptable patient rooms, 20 private postpartum rooms, and 14 special care nursery rooms.  This week the project reaches another significant milestone as the tower crane comes down from the city skyline where it has been since 2018. LeChase is CM-at-Risk for the Center, which is being built at Rochester General Hospital, Portland Avenue campus. The LeChase project team is led by Jim Scheirer, Mike Morris, Tony Rorick and Joe Morgigno.
