The Charlton School Expansion and Renovation project has received a 2025 Excellence in Partnering Award from the Associated General Contractors of New York State. Each year, the award honors project teams that have achieved the high ideals of both formal and informal partnering on construction projects across the state.
LeChase partnered with The Charlton School and Balzer and Tuck Architecture on the project, which was completed in June. This transformational expansion and renovation created new residential and support spaces at the school – adding four new student dormitories and a campus facilities building.
Members of the NY Capital Region team joined our partners from The Charlton School and Balzer and Tuck to accept the award at a ceremony on December 10.
