LeChase Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kyle Sayers joined Ellicott Development Director of Development Tom Fox and Kideney Architects President & CEO Ray Bednarski for the 500 Pearl session. Together, they discussed various aspects of the project from pre-development to completion. Kyle’s segment covered topics including collaboration, site and weather challenges, workforce and safety.

Co-hosted by the AIA (American Institute of Architects) Buffalo/WNY, the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and WNY, and BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Buffalo, the February 12 Build Up Buffalo event was a follow-up to a 2015 symposium. In addition to highlighting specific projects, the recent event looked how the Buffalo area has moved forward since 2015 and what lies ahead for the region.
