On June 19, the LeChase team in Buffalo celebrated the company’s 75th anniversary in conjunction with a grand opening event for 500 Pearl Street. LeChase was construction manager for 12-story mixed-use building that includes an Aloft Hotel, high-end apartments, office space, retail, parking and other amenities.
The open-house allowed visitors to explore the new facility. During the event, “themed” rooms offered food, drinks, and activities like bowling, games, printed t-shirts and music. A “history” room featured images showing progression of the project from rendering to completion. I
The event was sponsored by 500 Pearl, Aloft Hotels, Ellicott Development and LeChase.
To date, LeChase has more than $110 million of work in progress or completed with Ellicott Development. In addition to 500 Pearl Street, projects include the Symphony Circle Active Living community, the Elmwood Crossing mixed-use facility and the Buffalo-Niagara Medical Campus parking structure.
