Each day before the morning safety huddle at the University at Albany Broadview Center (formerly the SEFCU Arena) project, LeChase Superintendents Uwe Kiss and Americo DiCocco lead a stretch and flex routine with all employees on the site.
Following the routine, Uwe begins the normal morning procedures. While all projects hold morning safety huddles, the Broadview Center team has elevated their practice with the addition of stretch and flex.
