Durham, N.C., June 30, 2026 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome Tom Newby as a construction scheduler, based in the Southeast region.
In this role, Newby is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and ensuring projects across the region are completed on time and within budget. He collaborates closely with project teams throughout each phase of construction to identify key milestones, proactively manage schedules and adapt plans as project needs evolve.
Newby has more than 25 years of industry experience, working with a variety of other firms prior to joining LeChase. He has completed multiple certifications through the Oracle University Global Project Management Course, as well as the OSHA 30-Hour training course. Newby currently resides in Lillington, N.C.
