Work underway at RIT Performance Theater project

Great progress is being made on the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Music Performance Theater project. The team has begun erecting steel and is nearing the final stages of foundation backfill, with the concrete foundation now 95% complete.

LeChase is the construction manager for this 50,000-SF facility, expected to be completed in December 2025. The three-story building will include a 747-seat theater with two balconies and will feature a restored historic theater pipe organ.
