LeChase project administrators from all regions recently came together for a two-day summit – the first since 2019.
The summit focused on building relationships and exploring career growth opportunities. Highlights of the event included a career panel with LeChase employees who have grown at the company or followed unique career paths, as well as various training sessions on topics including technology and programs, legal, risk management and fraud protection.
The event also featured guest speaker Sharon Delaney McCloud, who led the group in interactive discussions and activities centered on communication, relationship building and the idea of managing up.
