Liverpool High School: Removal of the existing membrane roofing system and installation of a TPO roof membrane system. Structural reinforcement of select areas per snow load calculations. Installation of new skylights, hatches and ladders. Removal and installation of new metal fascia.

Chestnut Elementary School and Chestnut Middle School: Crawl space vapor barrier installations at the middle school. Interior renovations throughout including the walls, ceilings, soffits, doors and frames, windows, cabinetry, toilet rooms, floor finishes and lockers. Roof replacement. Structural reinforcement of select areas. Installation of new skylights, hatches and ladders. Complete removal and replacement of the existing HVAC equipment, piping and ductwork. Provide air conditioning to all spaces to improve and enhance the indoor air quality. New DDC energy management system. Complete removal and replacement of the existing plumbing system. All new fixtures in all toilet rooms and classrooms. Installation of a crawl space drainage system. Complete replacement of existing water, gas and stormwater piping system. Complete renovation and expansion of the kitchen. Complete removal and replacement of electrical
systems.

District-wide: Complete removal and renovation of the security systems, fire alarm, data and communications, interior lighting, power distribution, access control systems, gym and music room sound systems, stage/auditorium sound and lighting equipment. Classroom door hardware replacement with secure single operation action.
