This project transformed an existing property into a new 58,000-SF destination medical campus for Rochester Regional Health, bringing together new and preexisting practices in one central location.
The complete facility features nearly 90 exam rooms and multiple specialties. It also houses a full imaging suite with MRI, CT, X-ray, mammogram, DEXA (bone density) and ultrasound capabilities, as well as a physical therapy gym and a full procedure suite.
The scope also included an infusion suite with a pharmacy and an outpatient blood draw area.
