Durham, N.C., March 24, 2021 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Cooper to project manager in its Durham office.
In this role, Cooper will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Cooper joined LeChase as an assistant project manager in 2017, after spending several years as a project engineer in the Raleigh-Durham area. His recent work at LeChase has focused on the renovation and new construction of central boiler and chiller facilities at Duke University. Cooper graduated from Western Michigan University in 2013 with a B.S. degree in construction engineering, and currently resides in Morrisville, N.C.
