An executive vice president based in Durham, Seth London leads LeChase’s southeast region, with a focus on growing the company’s business in North Carolina and surrounding areas. Seth has oversight of client, employee and subcontractor relationships, as well as ensuring LeChase services and projects meet or exceed client expectations. Seth joined LeChase in the 2016 acquisition of a multinational firm’s North Carolina operations – bringing two decades of experience in all phases of building construction. Initially serving as regional operations manager for LeChase, he was promoted to vice president in 2018 and senior vice president in 2024. He was named to his current position in May 2025. Seth has an M.B.A. in finance, as well as a B.S. in construction engineering and management, from North Carolina State University.
