LeChase recently joined our partners at Conifer Realty for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate completion of the Park Square II Apartments project in downtown Rochester.
The project renovated 200 existing units in the historic Tower at Park Square and added a new building with 40 additional units, creating a total of 240 affordable housing units for the Rochester community. LeChase served as the general contractor on the project through the Conifer-LeChase joint venture.
