Charlotte, N.C., June 24, 2026 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Pendergraph to operations support coordinator, based in the Southeast region.
In this role, Pendergraph supports multiple regions, developing and maintaining operations how-to and training materials and driving process improvements – identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions across the organization. She also serves as a primary resource for other members of the Operations Support Group.
Pendergraph joined LeChase in 2018 as a project administrator and was promoted to operations support specialist in 2022. She earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and currently resides in Charlotte.
