Zom Living | Maizon Durham Apartments
This project involved the construction of a 311,000-SF multi-unit residential building wrapped around a 306,000-SF cast-in-place parking garage – providing 850 parking spaces.
The development features 248 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with a wide range of amenity spaces including a café, collaborative workspace, fitness center, yoga and spin studio, clubhouse, and an elevated pool and courtyard. The building’s ground floor also incorporates retail space designed for future build-out.
