Participants in LeChase’s 2025 Field Excellence program recently completed their second session in Durham, NC.
The two-day session focused on pre-job planning and project management. It also featured a popsicle-stick bridge building activity, and participants had the chance to tour several of LeChase’s active projects at Duke University.
The program, which kicked off in August, brings together 24 project managers and superintendents from across multiple regions.
