Saratoga County Airport | New Terminal Building and Jet Hangar
This project involved the construction of a new fixed-base operator terminal building and an adjacent 20,000-square-foot jet hangar at Saratoga County Airport. Designed to meet growing demand and enhance the overall experience for travelers, pilots, and the surrounding community, the upgraded facilities mark a significant step forward in the airport’s long-term growth.
The new terminal features a spacious lobby, passenger waiting area, rental car counter, pilot lounge, conference room, and on-site restaurant. The hangar construction also included installation of a 30,000-gallon underground fire protection tank and pump vaults, requiring a 21-foot-deep excavation supported by sheet piling and a telescoping trench box system.
