Armonk, N.Y., July 15, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Perry Geyer, Jr. to project executive, based in the NY Metro region.
In this role, Geyer will manage large or multiple projects for core pharmaceutical and life science clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.
With more than 15 years of experience in construction, Geyer has served in project management roles since 2010. He joined LeChase in 2017 as a project manager and has since overseen more than $200 million in construction – working on many prominent LeChase projects, with a focus on biomedical facilities. Geyer holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College, and is an ASHE certified health care physical environment worker.
