On October 6, the LeChase Southeast team helped kick off construction of Duke Health’s Garner Medical Office Building. The event was attended by representatives from Duke Health, design firm Little and engineering/consulting firm NV5 as well as LeChase. The project will include an initial 60,000-SF medical office building and 3,000-SF central energy plant housing two 750-ton chillers and two 4800-MBH boilers.
