Rochester, N.Y., June 5, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Connor Dormer to project manager, supporting Conifer-LeChase Construction.
In this role, Dormer will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Dormer joined LeChase in 2019 as a project engineer and was promoted to assistant project manager in 2022. He has significant experience in the multi-unit housing market, both on new builds and renovations. Dormer holds a B.S in environmental engineering from the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry, and a LEED Green Associate® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. He currently resides in Farmington, N.Y.
