LeChase recently joined Conifer Reality in a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Telestar Court project in Falls Church, Virginia. LeChase Vice President Paul Cundiff and members of the project team attended the event.
The Conifer-owned Telestar Court development will transform an existing four-story commercial office building into a modern, energy-efficient residential community. When complete, the development will feature 36 one-bedroom and 44 two-bedroom affordable housing units.
LeChase is serving as construction manager on the project through the Conifer-LeChase joint venture. The development – LeChase’s largest project in Virginia to date – is expected to be complete by the end of 2026.
