As regional operations manager in Syracuse, Paul Klinko leads efforts to expand LeChase’s business in the surrounding region. This includes responsibility for managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships, as well as overseeing daily operations and ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations. Starting his construction career in 1988, Paul gained experience on a range of health care, higher education, K-12, mixed-use development and industrial projects. He joined LeChase in 2006 as a project manager and was promoted to project executive in 2011. In 2014, he moved to Conifer-LeChase Construction − a joint venture between LeChase and Conifer Realty aimed at delivering high-quality, affordable housing. He remained there until being named to his current position in 2017.
