Neil Schiavi, a vice president in the Schenectady office, is responsible for growing LeChase’s business in New York’s Capital Region. In his role, he manages local client, employee and subcontractor relationships, oversees daily operations and works to ensure LeChase delivers services and projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Neil was named to his current position in 2016 after joining LeChase as a regional operations manager in 2011. Prior to that, he spent two decades as a partner/principal and vice president of operations at a Syracuse-based construction company. Neil has a B.S. in construction management from Syracuse University.
