Senior Vice President Jim Scheirer provides executive oversight to the firm’s preconstruction efforts as well as several regional offices in the northeast and a number of strategic relationships and companywide initiatives. Scheirer began his construction career in 1996, joining LeChase as a project engineer in 1998. After a series of project management roles, he was named a project executive in 2014, a regional operations manager in 2019, and a vice president in 2020. He was appointed a senior vice president in 2024. Scheirer has a B.S. in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the Future Construction Leaders program offered by the Associated General Contractors of New York. He is based in Rochester.
