Oak Hill Country Club | Master Plan Renovation & Expansion
As the first comprehensive improvement initiative at Oak Hill Country Club in recent years, this renovation and expansion project marks a major step forward in modernizing and enhancing Oak Hill Country Club’s historic facilities. The 85,000-SF project includes 60,000 SF of renovations and a 25,000-SF addition to the existing clubhouse.
Once complete, the upgraded facility will feature a state-of-the-art ballroom, the Donald Ross Pub, spacious outdoor patios and enhanced dining and event areas. The scope also includes updates to restrooms, renovations to the bowling alley and resurfacing of the pool, along with improvements to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems – all designed to elevate functionality and the member experience.
The upgraded facilities will support Oak Hill’s mission to provide an exceptional environment for recreation, dining and social gatherings.
