On Friday, April 25, LeChase partnered with the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition to host a career workshop for local school counselors.
The event was designed to provide counselors with insight into the wide range of construction and skilled trades career paths available to their students. LeChase Chief Estimator Scott Lawler led the group on a site tour of the Mohawk Harbor Event Center project, sharing details about the project and the work currently being completed on-site.
Following the tour, the counselors visited LeChase’s NY Capital Region office, where they participated in hands-on activities, including toolbox and dodecahedron builds – projects the coalition regularly offers to local schools.
