Pinnacle North
Pinnacle North is a mixed-use development on the north shore of Canandaigua Lake across from Kershaw Park. The 21 underutilized acres are being transformed into a community destination with new restaurants, select retail and modern apartments with views of the lake, open outdoor spaces and a neighborhood feel.
Phase I of the multi-phase project plan included complete brownfield cleanup as part of the NYSDEC’s Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP). The mixed-use complex will consist of 135 residences, a 48,000 SF at-grade covered parking garage, additional surface parking and an additional 10,000 SF of commercial space.
When complete, Pinnacle North will boast 70,000 SF of dining and retail space, 450 lakefront homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to family townhouses, and two acres of green space.
