The Spa Little Theater renovation will transform this cherished venue into a modern, multifunctional space while preserving its historic charm. The project focuses on enhancing the theater's functionality and guest experience with strategic updates to key areas.
Planned improvements include upgraded restrooms, a reimagined box office, and expanded dressing rooms for performers. A new public concessions area, private event space with an outdoor patio, and acoustic and seating upgrades will further elevate the venue. Additionally, the second-floor lobby will be redesigned to provide a more welcoming experience for visitors.
