HIGHLIGHTS:
LeChase completed this project in response to an aggressive effort by Xerox to design, construct and commission a new process within the existing research/production facility located outside of Toronto, Canada.
Overall efforts included, scheduling, budget analysis, and the equipment procurement, vessels, reactors, instrumentation, and valving and piping materials.
LeChase also assisted in program development including, the evaluation of existing facilities and P & ID finalization, management of local design efforts and coordination for the obtainment of permits through the various governmental agencies. Through the duration of the project LeChase provided continuous value engineering, to assure the efficient expansion of utility services for the process build-out within the existing facility.
Quality assurance and control for the ultrahigh purity systems were critical to this project’s success.
