HIGHLIGHTS:
Construction of a 5-story, 100,000 sf facility to manufacture EA Toner on a Greenfield site in Webster, NY. In addition to the building, LeChase managed the installation of the process which included piping, reactors, tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, instrumentation and controls. In addition to management of the construction LeChase was responsible for the procurement of all major equipment for the facility and the process. Some of this equipment was highly specialized and had to be purchased overseas.
