HIGHLIGHTS:
The highlight of this project was the completion of a new Appellate Court Facility. Work included a 54,000 sq. ft. new building with a below grade parking garage, a 40,000 sq. ft. law library and 13,000 sq. ft. of court rooms and support space.
In addition, renovation of an existing 74,000 sq. ft. six-story building included complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building control upgrades. Renovations were completed around tenants occupying the fourth floor.
As the General Contractor completed the excavation/concrete, including initiating a foundation redesign, resulted in cost savings to the Owner of $100,000.
