Paul Sugnet is a construction professional with specialized knowledge and experience in large plant /industrial construction projects. He entered the LeChase organization in 1997 as a project manager, and was promoted to vice president in 2005 to lead the process industrial team.

Mr. Sugnet’s experience in the process/industrial sector is vast. Completed projects on his resume include Xerox Corporation toner process installation, General Motors Global Alternative Propulsion Center, Eastman Kodak process and cleanroom, Cornell University chiller plant and Carnation ice cream plant.

Prior to coming to LeChase, Mr. Sugnet spent eight years as a project manager at Frank Lill & Son, Inc., a power plant contractor and engineering company. Before this, he also held managerial positions at Clinton Mechanical, Southwest Contractors and Oil Field Construction Company, Inc.

Mr. Sugnet holds an A.A.S. CET from the State University of New York at Alfred in Agriculture and Technology. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute, the Association of Facilities Engineers and the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering.
