Rick Sugg brings his highly technical background to the LeChase team; expertise needed for research and development projects, cleanroom construction and many other technical specialty projects that LeChase touches. Mr. Sugg was promoted to executive vice president in 2002, after eight years serving as a project manager/project executive at LeChase

Prior to LeChase, Mr. Sugg acted as project manager for both Christa Construction and Joseph Vogl Construction. He was also the general manager of Shepherds Showcase, Inc. for several years.

Mr. Sugg’s vast construction experience includes many labs, research and technical facilities with esteemed clients such as Eastman Kodak, Johnson & Johnson, Strong Memorial Hospital and the University of Rochester.

Mr. Sugg holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He oversees a wide variety of construction projects and is a highly effective communicator, arbitrator and a leader.
