Paul Sevene is a highly experienced construction professional who has been responsible for the Carolinas region of the LeChase organization since his induction in 1997.
Mr. Sevene's previous experience includes his work as lead estimator and senior project manager for Advantract Constructors as well as the Joseph Vogl Construction Company, Inc. He also acted as superintendent for Ironwood Contractors and Shamrock Contracting, Inc. earlier in his construction career.
Mr. Sevene's portfolio includes an impressive array of construction achievements in varying markets. He has managed the construction and/or renovations of many schools in the K-12 market including Fairview Elementary, North Mecklenberg High, Marvin Elementary and Bickett Elementary. He also possesses outstanding knowledge in the sports/entertainment market, showcased by his work on projects such as Ray's Splash Planet and Growney Stadium, as well as many athletic facility renovations. In the market of higher education, Mr. Sevene has worked with a team on site improvements at St. John Fisher College and the University of Rochester . His construction experience regarding healthcare includes projects at the University of Rochester Medical Center and Park Ridge Hospital . He is also well-versed in the municipal sector, displayed by his team's work on the Vintage Trolley renovations at the Charlotte Convention Center , the New York State Appellate Court and renovations to the historic Cutler Building .
Mr. Sevene is an active member of several national and regional organizations such as the Construction Specifications Institute and the Carolinas Associated General Contractors Association. He has attained a license as a General Contractor and a Construction Manager in both North and South Carolina .
Mr. Sevene received his education from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Alfred State College, where he studied construction engineering and technology.
