Jim Matteson is an essential member of the LeChase team who applies over 35 years of construction experience to the intricacies and demands of large public works, hard bid and lump sum and special client projects. Mr. Matteson entered the LeChase organization in 1987.

Prior to LeChase, Mr. Matteson was a project manager for John B. Pike & Son. He has also acted as a construction manager for Xerox Corporation and as a project manager for Perini Corporation early in his construction career.

Mr. Matteson’s broad-based construction background has provided him the uncanny ability to anticipate unique project challenges and the expertise to guide the team through overcoming these challenges. His construction achievements include his work on projects including the BlueCross BlueShield Corporate Headquarters, Frontier Field, Bausch & Lomb World Headquarters, Greater Rochester International Airport Parking Garage and a semiconductor facility for IBM in Manassas, Virginia.

Mr. Matteson holds an A.A.S. from the State University of New York at Alfred’s Agricultural/Technical College.
