William L. Mack
Executive Vice President

Will Mack is a third generation construction professional, entering the business at a very young age. Mr. Mack’s evolution through the ranks of the construction business began during school breaks and led to his first job as a field engineer after college. Eventually, Mr. Mack began managing accounts and clients, and today, Mr. Mack supports the vice presidents, project executives with the delivery of projects on a big-picture level. His career of diverse expertise in project management, finance, real estate and business strategy brings a wealth of knowledge and proven success to the LeChase team. Mr. Mack has been an integral part of LeChase Construction since 1993 and was promoted to executive vice president and principal in 2002. Currently as Executive Vice President, Mr. Mack has corporate responsibility as well as operational responsibility for Central, Western and the Southern Tier of New York.

Prior to LeChase, Mr. Mack acted as a project and construction manager for Edgewater Construction Company. Before working at Edgewater, Mr. Mack was the superintendent at William J. McNeary Development Company, Inc.

Mr. Mack’s extensive project achievements include working with clients such as Xerox Corporation, St. John Fisher College, Mobil Chemical, University of Rochester, Corning Inc. and Eastman Kodak Company. He brings an in-depth understanding of technical, recreational and business-based industries to the table for the best construction solutions.

Mr. Mack is involved with several affiliations, both regional and national. He is the board chair for the Builders Exchange as well as the district chairperson for the Boy Scouts of America Otetiana Council, Inc. In addition, he is a steering committee member of the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Mr. Mack is also a past board member for the Rochester Area Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis and the Village of Fairport Planning Board.

Mr.Mack’s education includes a B.S. in Finance from Siena College, located in Loudonville, New York. In addition, he has participated in various trade and industry specific programs and training.
