Ray LeChase is a third-generation LeChase Construction professional. He has been an important member of the LeChase team since he started working at the family business as a child. In 1984, Mr. LeChase entered the organization on a full time basis.

Mr. LeChase has first-hand experience in a wide variety of construction projects. His achievements in the higher education market include projects at Nazareth College, St. John Fisher College, and the University of Rochester. He has also been a critical team member of projects for the K-12 market such as the City of Rochester School District and the Geneva School District.

In the corporate/business office market, Mr. LeChase has lent his expertise on buildings for Eastman Kodak, Lawyers Cooperative Publishing, General Accident Insurance, First National Bank of Rochester and Value Powers. His excellent technical skills were invaluable for the completion of several parking structures for clients including Rochester General Hospital, First Federal and Keeler Street.

Mr. LeChase has showcased his health care construction expertise by completing projects at Rochester General Hospital and Saint James Mercy Hospital. In addition, Mr. LeChase is well-versed in the needs of the sports/entertainment market, servicing such clients as the Tinseltown Theatre, Golden Bear Golf Dome Center, Camp Cutler Theme Park, Camp Pioneer and Silver Stadium. He has also worked on multiple shopping mall projects including EastView Mall, Child World, and Greece Town Mall.

Mr. LeChase’s education includes coursework from John Carroll University and several professional seminars offered by Fails Management.

Mr. LeChase chairs the property committee and is on the executive board of the Otetiana Council (Local Boy Scouts). He lives with his wife of 18 years and three children.
